THE NAMELESS ARKANGEL

The Nameless Arkangel is unnamed, reflecting the flexible, interchangeable nature of life.. that which grows and gives life. He embodies the essential nature of being human which is executed in the modelling of the clay, of the earth, twisting and turning coils which echo muscle and tendons, spirit and existence. The true inspiration gifted by the Nameless Arkangel is his realization of life's transient nature and our vulnerable, mutable selves. His innocence is echoed in every member of the flock of Arkangels which follows in this sculpture series.
